Memorable and rare! Well captured, Colin.
That is gorgeous!! This photo must be the all time star of Nacreous clouds. Thanks, Colin
Maybe Colin’s photo might be considered for gracing inclusion in the Society’s 2017 calendar?
Just a thought – and gentle suggestion. It is a most remarkable photo.
Wow! Absolutely beautiful! I feel like they are a bunch of colorful angles! Great job, Colin

This cloud is akin to my neighbour’s ginger cat seemingly always asleep and whose appetite for such knows no bounds. I like the “face” of what I perceive as a cat in the left hand side of the photo.
Nice shot, must say.
Oh, our astonishing Texas skies!!!! James, you capture those Panhandle skies with incredible beauty and visual poetry!
This is a beautiful, well exposed photograph
Following up upon three well deserved comments from CAS members about your photo, here is my contribution, if I may.
I like much the portrayal of cloud glory above set in contrast to the glowering and growling threatening skies below. I like the welcome inclusion of the two seemingly fleeing huge juggernauts on the road which lend handsome scale to the cloud drama and edifice above.
I have a fond passion for Lenticular clouds, that is, set aside from the mighty and majesterial Anvil clouds – my first cloud love!.
I find great liking to your photograph – it is really pleasing in no small way.
Thanks for putting this wonder onto the CAS Gallery for us to enjoy.
Your photo presents us with an almost water reflection., but with the reflection in obverse Lovely picture!
