How Wiggly Can It Be
Hans StockerParticipantGreat abstract B&W’s with Teeth a bite Keelin.

Threesome
Hans StockerParticipantLove your last one Michael!

Hans StockerParticipantBoth very nice halos – and delicate also – Keelin.

A Passing Bike?
Hans StockerParticipantVery nice ice cream sandwich Keelin. This IS pileus. No doubt. Beautiful.
Hans StockerParticipantFrom an old series.

Curved Ceiling
Hans StockerParticipantIndeed a nice example Hygge. Having your camera nearby is an advantage with these elusive phenomena.
Yes pileus isn’t quite a daily thing over here Michael. I wish you lots of fun spotting them in the monsoon season and I look forward for some examples.
Recently I spotted a very large one. It was that large that I even thought it might be a separate lenticularis, but the sky was completely lenticularis-less elsewhere and it was only appearing in connection with the cumulus, so it must have been the rising of moist air over this huge cu congestus that has caused the giant cap. Any opinions on this?

Hans StockerParticipantThanks Eric for sharing. Besides he cumulonimbus fun it also leads to a very funny website worthwhile following.
Hans StockerParticipantThanks George. Yes the links works and it is a remarkable contrail. I can’t help to think that “up” is a matter of perspective. Nevertheless a beautiful combination of lobes and fibratus, all being homogenitus.

Eating With Chopsticks
Hans StockerParticipantYes, let’s continue and go onward! A new adventure of B&W’s is already started and I have to catch up. Love the flying dragon that looks over his shoulder in Arizona B&W # 142, Michael!

It Is Eating
Hans StockerParticipantHa, Keelin that is an imaginative and funny Point Well Taken. The beaming contrail might have caused a serious headache for this fellow.

He Just Left Some Dust Clouds
Hans StockerParticipantThat’s a cool blue in your lat one Michael with the little cotton fluffs.

Fading Out
Hans StockerParticipant
Under Water Trees?
Hans StockerParticipantAn awesome picture and video Dean. Thanks for sharing. The video shows all cloudtypes you mentioned. That must have been a great show watching it develop. Love it.
Hans StockerParticipantThere is a striking resemblance in our two last posts Keelin. Love it.
