There is a new citizen science project on The Zooniverse platform that asks for help ‘Help NASA scientists identify clouds types, cloud cover, and sky color(sic).

If you are interested in taking part and helping identify clouds and probably increase your cloud knowledge go to https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/nasaglobe/nasa-globe-cloud-gaze

As with all these projects you don’t need prior knowledge or training the project should provide sufficient to allow you to participate. Since the answers are by majority vote is does not matter if you get the occasional one wrong. There is also a forum where unusual results or problem images can be discussed.
